Coaching may help.

I’m Kate and I’m glad you found my website.  I’ve helped many people deal with overwhelm and stress and enabled them to reach their authentic goals.

I have over 30 years’ experience working in the private, public and third sectors.  I combine my business experience along with academic research from neuroscience, and psychology to provide practical tools and techniques for clients.  Appointments are client-centred and solution-focused.

Additionally, I provide workshops and training for organizations.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What happens during a coaching session?

Coaching is a structured conversation between client and coach.  My sessions are client-centred and solution-focused.  I help you gain clarity on your values and priorities at this current time, and what feels authentic for you.  I do not analyse you and we do not often go back into your past unless you want to discuss a limiting belief that needs to change.  In that situation we look at how you want to be rather than analysing why you do what you do.

I listen, question and sometimes gently challenge.  I have coaching myself from time to time, so I know how it feels to be in the client’s chair.

How does the coaching process work?

We begin with a free initial consultation to gain clarity on your challenges, aspirations and goals and what you would like from the coaching process.  We can also see if we enjoy working together.

If we decide to work together, we schedule the first appointment and typically this is done via Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or in-person.  Each session is tailored specifically to you and usually includes goal setting, practical strategies to deal with whatever challenges you are facing and support from me.

You need time between sessions to reflect on what we have discussed, implement changes and stay accountable.  The process is collaborative and requires commitment.  The aim is to ensure change is lasting, sustainable and fits with your values.

How much does coaching cost?

Packages start from £1,000.

What are your key areas of expertise?

I have been coaching individuals since 2013.  I typically work with senior business leaders such as CEOs and senior managers. I believe my strengths lie in helping people deal more successfully with stress, re-connect with their authentic selves, see the bigger picture and for some clients, re-connect with their spiritual side.

Whilst I have worked with clients at senior level over the years, I have seen people from all walks of life.  From people looking for their first job, to those wanting to find alternative careers that help them feel more authentic.

It is not so much the role you hold, more the changes you would like to make and how committed you are to making those changes happen.

Can I see you in-person?

Yes, I work from the Clifton Practice on Whiteladies road, Bristol where I also see hypnotherapy clients.

Most of my appointments are done via the internet or telephone and I find this works just as well as face to face.  It has enabled me to help clients from all over the UK.
